- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 1 tablespoon of collagen powder
- 3 cups of frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 stalk of celery, optional
- 1 apple sliced
- 1 knob of fresh turmeric root, peeled
- 1 frozen banana
- Add liquids to blender, including the water, coconut water and lemon juice.
- Layer on collagen powder.
- Layer on frozen spinach and alfalfa sprouts.
- Add celery, sliced apple and turmeric root.
- Finish with frozen banana.
- Place lid on blender and blend on high for 30 - 60 seconds.
