- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 cups frozen spinach
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1 handful ice
Instructions
- Add liquids to blender, including the water and lemon juice.
- Layer on powders, in this case the protein powder and ground flaxseed.
- Next add the frozen ingredients. Start with the frozen spinach, then follow with the frozen peaches, banana, ginger and ice.
- Blend on high for 30-45 seconds. This will vary based on your blender, so blend until you reach your desired consistency.
